We were in Playa del Carmen for 1 day, had very lovely stay, the hotel was clean with marvellous location close to Xcaret park. Appreciated our stay in this venue.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The venue's position was remote. The rooms were wonderful and spacious with 2 double beds. The staff were all KIND, super.

Big size and modern rooms available with Extra bed, good bed. Paid usd 3511. Incredible location in the relaxing area, not far from a restaurant that offers food with good portion sizing, the bus / taxi station on foot and playa del carmen, xcaret Park and amazing cenotes.

Quiet location, close to attractions, recommend renting a car. Friendly staff, amazing pool. Big clean room with kitchen and living room. Working AC and internet. Amazing value for money.

The room is large with non stop music. There is a wide range of outstanding food for breakfast...

It offers updated and huge rooms with non stop music and a bath, as example, spent our time lovely. A special thanks to very-very nice staff.

This hotel is in a great location, perfect for visiting all the Xcaret parks. It is very close to Xcaret and Xplor, making it convenient for tourists who want to explore these attractions. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchen area downstairs and a comfortable lounge area upstairs. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The property is well-maintained, with several pools, a waterfall, and Jacuzzis for guests to enjoy.

The Wi-Fi connection in some rooms is slow, with only two bars of signal.

We liked this staying. Clean, good value hotel, its location was great and next to Xcaret park and the bus / taxi station on foot and playa del carmen, xcaret Park and amazing cenotes. Really kind and good staff was available all the time.

The rooms were both huge, modern, complete with 2 double beds and good bed, for instance. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of outstanding food.

I had a great stay at Casa Kaoba in Playa del Carmen. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for a long stay. The pool and resort area looked beautiful and had a nice, exotic vibe. Plus, the fact that there was free parking was a huge bonus.

The pool area was fantastic! It had a mini waterfall that gave the place a resort feeling. the room was spacious with a little kitchenette, making my stay more comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, a good value for the price.

We liked the pool area and how it was set up with the little apartments. The suites were spacious and we appreciated the upgrade to a junior suite. The location, although a bit out of town, was easy to access with a car. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, which is a rare find these days.

the breakfast was poor with a limited selection and small portions. The other food options on the menu were expensive and low quality.
